If you’re looking to return or exchange your fragrance for whatever reason, we understand. It’s alright. We’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your fragrance for store credit, a different fragrance, or a refund to the original payment method.
Eligibility criteria for return/refund
- Customer received a defective or wrong product.
- Customer is unhappy with the product.
- Customer must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Return / Refund?
Customer can initiate a return/refund by writing an email to contact@ryugar.com. Please note to mention the reason for return along with images of the product if required.
The Process of Return / Refund?
- Our executive will get back to you within 2 working days with a solution that will work for you.
- If the product needs to be returned to us, our executive will coordinate with you for a replacement or refund, whatever makes you happy.
